Phillip M. Landrum, III practices in the areas of civil litigation, real estate, probate, local government law, school law, and public utility law. Although born in Columbus, GA, Landrum is a life time resident of Jasper located in Pickens County, Georgia.
Landrum attended The Citadel, graduating cum laude, 1989 and attended the University of Georgia's School of Law obtaining his J.D. in 1991. He was admitted to the bar in 1992.
He is also a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Appalachian Bar Association, and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
